Bookings
Services are performed by independent professionals. Prices shown include the service fee; applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. A booking is confirmed once the professional accepts it.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel free of charge until the professional confirms, and up to 2 hours before a confirmed visit. Prepaid amounts for cancelled bookings are refunded to your Johne wallet.
Conduct
Please treat professionals with respect and provide a safe working environment. Accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended.
